Items may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with tags. Laundered items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Embroidered items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. All shipping/freight charges must be prepaid by customer on exchanged items unless the exchange is a result of our error.
